All cats must be full vaccinated for feline influenza and feline enteritus and their vaccination certificate must accompany cats on each boarding occasion. Your vet can advise you on this. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK!
No un-neutered males over six months of age accepted.
Cats on medication will only be accepted if the medication can be given with food (due to the risk of injury to staff).
We advise flea treatment prior to arrival. Cats who are seen by us to have fleas will be treated and the owner must pay for such treatment on collection. Please help us to remain flea free!
All outstanding fees must be paid on collection. There will be no exceptions to this.
All reservations require a 50% deposit to secure the booking.
Cancellations to be advised 14 days prior to the booking start date.
Dates booked must be paid for even if you arrive back early from your holiday, so please make sure of your dates.
There is an admin fee £10 for all refunds.
There is a 24 hours vet on call. We are pleased to have ETON VETS, London Road, Tonbridge as our veterinary consultants who are also available for emergency out of hours service.
Owners of un-insured cats must be prepared to pay for any emergency treatment of their cat. It pays to keep your cat insured.
Although every care and attention is given to cats in our charge, in the event of unforseeable occurances beyond reasonable control (including unexpected death, escape or injury) we can not be held liable.
Cats collected by 10am will not be charged for that day, with the exception of Saturday to Monday boarders who will pay for all 3 days regardless of pick up time.
